The partcipant needs to read and agreed with the below-mentioned terms and conditions in order to join the event/Trek/hiking/climbing with GTRIBE EXPERIENCES .The mentioned conditions and terms are towards your awareness, safety and precautions in the outdoor activity.

Below are the terms and conditions of today’s event/Trek/hiking/climbing and I am agreed to it. 

• You should ensure that you have an adequate level of fitness and a certain level of confidence, in order to take part in the activity that you are joining today.

• Your age should be above 18 yrs old and in well physical and mental condition for mentioned event/Trek/hiking/climbing. The participants who are below 18, need to inform at home and need to make sure parents are aware. Parents should be agreed to the adventure activity and the location of the activity.

• You just need to understand that this event/Trek/hiking/climbing is an adventure activity and it involves some risk. Such outdoor adventure activities potentially pose a danger of personal injury or death. Parents, and participants taking part in these and other similar activities, should be aware of, and accept these risks and be responsible for their own actions and involvement. The above, though, must be seen in context, major accidents whilst engaged in an adventurous activity are relatively few and far between. All precautions have been taken to minimise risks.” Also, some risk involved depends on nature and climatic conditions.

• During the event/Trek/hiking/climbing we aim to safeguard participants’ safety and health, we cannot be held responsible for damage, illness or injury Sustained during or as a result of your partcipation. You thus will take part entirely at your own risk and agree to indemnify us and our partners, the charity, our employees, agents, sub-contractors and suppliers against claims for any loss or damage to personal property or for loss or consequential losses or claims through your participation in this challenge arising from your own actions.

• You are responsible to bring your things/equipment (Give a separate list of bringing your own list) clearly mentioned in the kit list of the particular challenges itinerary. We are not responsible in any way in case you are not able to arrange adequate clothing and equipment else you will not be allowed to continue on a challenge.

• All participants must wear safety clothing or equipment’s as communicated by the trek organiser.

• Trek guide and leaders at any stage has the right to stop the participant to continue on their respective Trek, in case they find that participant is not adequately fit, healthy adequately equipped and is affecting the Trek safety and progress.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity for the following reasons: Adverse conditions such as Bad weather, unsafe climatic conditions, break down of mode of transportation, equipment breakages or any other or extraordinary circumstances out of our control.

• Currently, the COVID-19 situation is still on and you are ensuring that you are physically fit for the activity. Also, you need to understand that it’s your responsibility to keep yourself safe in the crowd and take necessary precautions as a part of the event & participant.

• Regarding Bird watching Tour participants must accept that we are unable to guarantee 100% clarity, all birds observations or visibility of certain species. Sometimes, tours may be subject to par(al or full cloud cover in the jungle & in the river.

• Regarding Star Gazing Tour participants must accept that we are unable to guarantee 100% clarity, perfect skies or visibility of certain objects. Some(mes, tours may be subject to partial or full cloud cover for some of the tours. In this event, we will continue Please understand that our tours are not subject to partial refunds or discounts for any reason, including the weather. – please read our Cancellation Policy.

Special TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH ADVENTURE COVER

Adventure travel insurance is one of the essential requirements to book a trek. All participants must have travel insurance with adventure cover, covering activities like mountaineering, cycling, trekking, etc. It should also cover medical emergency, evacuation and repatriation arrangements, cancellation of the trek, etc. Always read the entire policy wording carefully before selecting a policy that suits you. We have a special policy customized for these treks, but in case you wish to take another policy, then you must purchase it. GTRIBE EXPERIENCES is not responsible to provide any adventure insurance to participants.

Limitation of Our Liability

Participants acknowledge that GTRIBE EXPERIENCES trekking involves an element of risk depending on the nature of the challenge. GTRIBE EXPERIENCES is not responsible for the following:

• If anything happens before you meet us or board our transport at the meeting point or after you finish your challenge and leave our services and transport.

• If for any reason you fail to reach the meeting point on time. Though we will try to help you in any way we reasonably can.

• Clarity of views and weather.

• Number or quality of animals or any other wildlife you might hope to see on the tour.

• Any sort of medical problems or physical complications, including the ones which you have told us about earlier.

• Anything with respect to goods and services you buy or accept during the trek other than those arranged by us that are mentioned in the itinerary provided to you.

• Medical emergencies, injury, or death.

• Your overall behaviour and conduct during the trek and any sort of negligence or carelessness.

• Reasonable changes made to the itinerary, the accommodation, or any other component of the trek.

• Local customs, behaviour, laws, and rules & regulations in a country, state, or village you may visit.

• It’s a participant’s responsibility to raise concerns they have before or during the trek.

• You are responsible for your own actions during the challenge/trek, and if you take part in an activity that is dangerous or places you in harm’s way, you do so of your own accord.

• To get the adventure insurance policy and settle the claim for any accident, death, disability, and any other injuries and their hospitalization fees.

MEDIA

You agree that any kind of photography, videography, or any other kind of media associated with the trek, taken or made during, post, or pre-challenge — which may have you in it — might be used for our future publicity material and archives. We will have full rights to all such media created by us or by you, and no royalties or benefits of any kind will be extended for the same.
